Service Usage HaloBox grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our upgrade services. Prohibited activities: reverse engineering, or disrupting the Service. 4. Storage Upgrades & Payments Upgraded storage plans are billed yearly. Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice. 5.
